Andromeda Galaxy
Andromeda Galaxy a.k.a. M31 and NGC224 – taken from the backyard.
I never thought it was possible to take these kind of pictures, without being NASA having access to the Hubble Telescope!! ✨🔭
This was my first attempt to shoot a Deep Sky Object, and I am both proud and satisfied by the result! đ
I used my digital camera (the one I also take my holiday pictures with) and mounted in on my small 5″ (130 mm) telescope.
I then took a lot of pictures of various exposures, and corrected these with dark-/flat-/bias frames before finally stacking them prioritising more weight to the best images.
