I’ve been looking out from my apartment at theese trees with amazing colours for the past week or so.
With the blue sky today, I decided to perpetuate the autumn tree and all the beautiful colours!
This tree however is not one of the trees I can see from my apartment; it tuned out that I would have to shoot directly against the setting sun coming through a small forrest – not exactly the best conditions for a nice photo with lots of colours…!
So I decided to photograph a similar tree some 50 meters to the right, where I could place myself with the low hanging sun in my back.
Apart from the lighting and the colours, I suppose the apartments blocks makes a better background than the forrest with regards to my original inspiration 🙂
For clarity I shot a series of 37 identical frames and stacked them subsequently.
However if you view it in full size it’s obvious that the photo has been downscaled in both quality and size for the web (the full quality image is 5716 x 3895 px and 70 MB in it’s TIF version).
